For me this was 2.14.4, no matter what the field tech does or tries, that will be the latest firmware they can upgrade the BGW320 on site to. Then in the middle of the night, around 3am'ish for me, it will upgrade to the "latest approved" firmware version, for me it was 3.15.7.
